The 6th Street Playhouse is the city's finest destination for live plays, musicals, dances, and symphonies. The entrance is located in Historic Railroad Square, near the Santa Rosa Dance Center. The theater is home to two performing arts groups: the Santa Rosa Players and the Actors Theatre, two members of the Bay Theatre Group, which is a partnership of around 40 theatre troops.
