Group Health Insurance from Kaiser Permanente

The Kaiser health insurance specialists are on your side. They're not looking to sell you the most expensive plan, but really want you to find the right balance of cost and coverage that is right for your business. They will give you their direct extension and direct email address, which is really nice. I like that I can call and get the same person. I worked with Esmeralda and was very happy with the service I received. She knows my business. She knows what I'm looking for in a group health plan. There was no pressure, just helpful advice and support as I was going through the enrollment process. I ended up choosing the $0/$1500 Deductible Plan with HSA for my employees. I'm very happy with this plan. Once you reach the $1500 deductible you have 100% coverage. My wife is pregnant right now, so I wanted a plan that would be good for maternity as well. All of our prenatal care is free! We have had to pay some out-of-pocket expenses for lab work, but it hasn't been too bad. On the negative side, I just found out that our premiums are going to be going up quite a bit on our open enrollment renewal in October. That's a bummer! Apparently, the medical insurance plan we chose was very popular amongst high risk members, so they had to up the cost 17%. On top of that, one of my employees has a spouse who has high usage, so that too has made our premiums increase. However, I still totally think the plan is worth it. Another thing KaiserQuotes.com will tell you about this plan is that you can open up HSA's for your employees if you like. Currently, our business is not financially stable enough for me to be putting money into health savings accounts for my employees, but I really want to do this in the future. It's a great way to reward your employees and increase employee retention. In my business, we have to spend a lot of time training our employees. Losing an employee can be very costly. So, my plan is to open HSA's for my employees and put some money in them. If I'm really doing well, I'd love to give them the full $1500 each year. If I do that, I've basically bought my employees 100% coverage. Then when they need to go to the doctor, they will, and I expect that will keep them healthier. This was so easy, im not a computer geek or anything so i was amazes that in 3 easy steps i had a health plan for my family. I did call the ofice with a question and i have not heard a more friendly voice ever. This is one place that dosent send there phone's to another country, thank God for that.
